Thank you for buying from Sultana's Cases. Each product is made to order for you when you order it. Because of this, we can't accept returns.

But your happiness is important to us. If there's a problem with your case, please email us at Sultanascases@gmail.com. Send us pictures and tell us what's wrong. If the case has a manufacturing mistake we will send you a new one or refund you for half of what you paid for.
