“In the “Unūtha” collection, I explore the intersection of tradition and modernity in terms of current, playful, femininity and the beauty of islam. In doing so, i’ve drawn inspiration from current internet trends and sub-cultures while reflecting on the beauty and complexity of islamic patterns and architecture. Each piece is made with a unique perspective in mind, an ode to muslim girls, and their expression of individuality!”
