Near Me

Near Me Collection

We came out with a series of phone cases for the Spring. Each case consists of beautiful drawings depicting a girl remembering Allah (swt). Each quote is a way of thanking and being in awe of Allah (swt), something that we all should implement in our lives. Prompting the question, what is the significance of each saying and what purpose does it deliver?

الهدى (The Guidance)

“And he found you lost and guided you” (The Quran,93:7) One of the most comforting ayats from the Quran. It is a reminder that even in the worst times of life Allah (swt) guides those he wills. No matter what hardship is being faced, Allah creates a path back to him. A reminder that he truly is Al-Rahman (the most merciful).

رفع الهموم (Lifting Worries)
May Allah Remove All your Pains and Worries
“May Allah Remove All your Pains and Worries” a simple but meaningful dua we should make for ourselves and for those around us. No matter the suffering that people are put through, Allah (swt) is always waiting for them to turn back to him. It is most beautifully said in a hadith that narrates “Take one step towards me, I will ten steps toward you. Walk toward me, I will run toward you” [Hadith Qudsi].
خطط الله(Allah’s Plans)
وَٱللَّهُ خَيْرُ ٱلْمَـٰكِرِينَ

“Allah is the best of planners” (The Quran 8:30) a reminder that even when we are mistreated or faced with hardships Allah has something better planned for us. It was a reminder for Rasullallah (PBUH) when the disbelievers plotted against him and it is a reminder for us at our weakest moments. It reminds us that the hardships in this dunya are temporary and that Allah (swt) has something better planned for us in the akhirah.

الحمد لله (Alhamdulillah)
ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ

Alhamdulillah translates to praise be to god and is also used to say thank god. So thank Allah (swt) for the life he’s given us, the lessons he’s taught us, the clothes he’s given us, the food he’s blessed us with, and for everything he’s done for us. Even in the hardest times Allah (swt) has blessed us with something. So remember to say Alhamdulillah towards ٱلْخَالِقُ (Al-Khaaliq the creator).

إيمان (Faith)
وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُۥٓ ۚ

“And whoever puts their trust in Allah, then He is sufficient for them” (The Quran 65:3). For those who have believed Allah (swt) has a plan for them no matter how much they struggled in this dunya. Allah will have something better for them in the Akhirah. There truly are no sad endings for those who have believed in ٱلْبَارِئُ (Al Baari’ the originator).
